Spa Policies

Children

• In consideration of other guests, we ask that children not accompany you at the spa.
• Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the Spa.

Cancellation Policy

• 24 Hour Cancellation Notice is appreciated.
• If guests do not call with at least 3 hours of notice to cancel or move an appointment or if a guest
no-shows, then that guest will be charged an insufficient notice fee of $20.00.

Arrival Time

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork.
• Please note, if you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened so as not to
delay the next scheduled guest.

Cell Phones

• In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off during your spa visit.

Miscellaneous

• All services times are approximate and include time for consultation and changing.
• Gratuities are not included and always appreciated.  Thank you!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect during my massage? Will I be covered?

You will be modestly draped throughout your massage. However, if you feel more comfortable keeping minimal undergarments on, that's fine. We want you to relax.

Can the spa accommodate group bookings?

Definitely! Just give us the details and we will put together a package that suits your needs! We also
have a private party room available at a small fee. Please ask for more details.

Can I ask my therapist to make adjustments for my comfort?

Absolutely! Your feedback is essential in providing you with the best service possible. After all, this is
your treatment. Communicate with the staff regarding pressure, technique, if your are cold/hot, etc. We value your input.

What should I bring with me to the Spa?

If you will be using our sauna or steam room, we suggest you bring a bathing suit or sport shorts/top
with you. We will provide you with a robe and slippers, if needed. A locker will be provided if you will be having multiple services to keep your personal belongings secure. For safekeeping, we recommend you leave any valuable jewelry at home. We cannot take responsibility for lost items.
